What services does Holistic Care Innovation provide?

What can I expect from your carers?
Our carers are polite, honest, organised and flexible. They help with personal care, daily living tasks, nutrition and hydration, mobility, night-time support - always aiming to maximise comfort, safety, and dignity.
How do you create a care plan?
We assess the individual’s needs, health conditions and preferences. Based on this, we design a personalised care plan tailored to support their requirements - whether for long-term care, live-in care, or short-term support.
Can care services adapt if needs change over time?
Yes, our care plans are flexible and can be reviewed and adjusted whenever the individual’s condition or needs change, ensuring the level of support remains appropriate and effective.
What areas of care do you cover - personal care, medical support, or both?
We cover both. Our services include personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), support with daily living, nutrition and hydration, mobility assistance, and where needed, medical support and disease-specific care based on individual needs.

Do you provide live-in care as well as short-term and long-term care?
Yes. We offer live-in care for those who need 24/7 support, as well as short-term care (e.g. during recovery from illness or surgery) and long-term care for ongoing support.
What activities do you offer to support mental wellbeing?
We organise memory exercises, music and art therapy, and meaningful activities tailored to individual interests to support engagement, reduce isolation, and encourage reminiscence.
What’s the difference between live-in care and short-term care?
Live-in care means a dedicated carer lives with the person and supports them 24/7 in their own home. Short-term care provides temporary assistance (for weeks or months) - ideal after illness or injury - to help recovery and regain independence.
