Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training refers to a standardised, government‑endorsed training programme in the UK for health and social care staff about learning disability and autism. It was developed to ensure care professionals have the right knowledge and skills to support and communicate with autistic people and people with a learning disability in a safe, informed and respectful way.

Where eligible, this training aligns with Adult Social Care Learning & Development Fund requirements. All certificates are securely stored within staff training and compliance records.
